Shimco wins Bell Helicopter Supplier Award

Shimco, a manufacturer of custom shim products and precision parts, has been awarded the prestigious Bell Helicopter Supplier Award.

To qualify for the award, the Markham, Ont.-based company had to meet or exceed a number of standards, including AS9100 Certification, consistent delivery of high-quality materials at a minimum 98 per cent frequency rate, and a high rating on a cross-functional on-site inspection conducted by Bell Helicopter. Shimco currently provides Bell Helicopter with general and machined shims, supporting all models in production.
