Five employees of Skyservice Business Aviation have been charged with theft, criminal mischief and a fraud of over $7 million, the Montreal Gazette reports.
The five, who had been under surveillance and investigation for two years, have pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include stealing data from their former employer, Innotech Execaire Aviation Group.
Innotech alleges that Skyservice intended “to cause permanent and irreparable harm to IMP’s aviation services division,” while Skyservice has denied the allegations.
