Canadian Aerospace Summit announces first three speakers

The Canadian Aerospace Summit has announced the first three speakers of its next edition, to be held on Nov. 13 to14 at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa.

Roberto Garavaglia

Garavaglia is the senior vice-president, Competitive Analysis and Strategy, of Leonardo–Helicopter Division which employs about 13,000 people worldwide with the main industrial activities concentrated in Italy, the United Kingdom, Poland and the U.S. Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions in marketing and sales in the aerospace sector.

Raminder Gill

Gill is a project leader in the Montreal office of The Boston Consulting Group.
Her work has focused on strategy and operations for top organizations across the aerospace, mining, rail and manufacturing industries.
Most recently, she contributed to a global BCG study examining the gender diversity initiatives across over 200 companies and 17,500 employees around the world.

Manfred Hader

Hader is currently serving as head of Roland Berger’s Global Aerospace & Defence Practice and managing partner of the Hamburg Office.
With a particular focus on aerospace and defence, his areas of expertise include business and go-to-market strategy, organization, program management/recovery, large cross-border transformation and performance improvement projects as well as transnational M&A and integration projects.
