For the second year in a row, Flying Colours Corp.’s MRO and completions operation in Chesterfield, Mo., has won Bombardier’s Authorized Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Award for North America.
The award was presented at the National Business Aviation Association’s 2016 convention in Orlando, Fla., and was accepted by Kevin Kliethermes, director of sales in St. Louis, and company executive vice-president Sean Gillespie.
“We’re here today to celebrate our partners,” said Jean-Christophe Gallagher, Bombardier vice-president and general manager of customer experience. “The success of any OEM hinges on delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, and a big part of that experience is the support we provide in service.
“We have a great network of 47 facilities in 25 countries across our entire authorized service facility network. Today we celebrate the amazing performance and the great partnership we have with some of these facilities,” continued Gallagher.
Keith Hickman, Bombardier’s ASF manager, noted that the North American market in particular is very competitive, and congratulated Flying Colours on its repeat performance.
