Skies rolls out 6th annual photo contest

At Skies Magazine, aviation is our passion. We are excited to announce that the 2019 Skies Photo Contest opens on Sunday, Sept. 1!

Last year, we received more than 1,000 entries before awarding our Grand Prize to photographer Stuart Sanders.

This year, we’re looking for your best photos of Canadian-operated aircraft in three categories:

1. Commercial
2. Military
3. General Aviation

GRAND PRIZE: $750 cash award + featured on the cover of the Dec 2019/Jan 2020 issue of Skies (1 winner)

FIRST PLACE: $500 cash award (3 winners, 1 in each category)

SECOND PLACE: $250 cash award (3 winners, 1 in each category)

THIRD PLACE: $125 cash award (3 winners, 1 in each category)

All winning photos will be featured on our social media channels and in the upcoming Dec/Jan issue of Skies!

Contest dates: Sept. 1 to Nov. 1, 2019
