To this end, Air Georgian has announced the creation of its Tuition Assistance Program.

“A well-rounded education coupled with continuous learning is important for the success of our organization and our employees,” said Eric Edmondson, president and CEO of Air Georgian Limited.

This program provides employees with financial assistance for educational courses and programs as well as paid time off to pursue personal and professional educational goals.

Employees will be reimbursed for tuition costs for approved degree programs and certifications and professional memberships.

Paid Educational Leave

Air Georgian understands that the demands of education can be difficult while working full-time. The company will permit paid time off to pursue approved programs and courses or provide accommodations for a reduced work schedule.

Air Georgian is the longest-serving regional partner of the Air Canada family, operating 64,000 regional flights per year on behalf of Air Canada.
