Avcorp Industries Inc. has announced that effective June 22, 2018, Brent Collver has decided to resign his role as president of Comtek Advanced Structures Ltd., the company’s composite manufacturing and repair subsidiary located in Burlington, Ont.
Avcorp has appointed Robin Lovell, currently director of customer programs, as the new president of Comtek.
Lovell has a strong business development acumen, including 20 years of experience with leading aerospace and industrial equipment manufacturers. Since joining Comtek in 2013 in his current role, he has strengthened customer relationships, creating a customer voice that drives innovation while improving customer value and satisfaction. Lovell has been dedicated to establishing robust relationships with key customers that led to new contract awards. As president of Comtek, he will have full P&L responsibility and will be responsible for the continued execution of the long‐term strategy for the business, in addition to overseeing its daily operations.
