Avcorp Industries Inc. has announced the appointment of Cedric Savineau as the general manager for its Delta, B.C., facility.
Cedric Savineau has over 20 years of international experience in the transport sector, heading up major programs, product development, and manufacturing organizations.
He is passionate about driving innovation, transformation and performance, by creating an inclusive work environment with the teams, and collaborative partnerships with suppliers and customers.
The company also announced the appointment of Tony Kelsey as the new general manager of its Gardena, Calif., facility.
Kelsey has joined Avcorp as the new general manager effective Sept. 4, 2018.
He is an aerospace and defence leader, with over 25 years of experience in operations leadership as a program manager, VP, Group VP, and president.
Kelsey has an extensive back ground in lean manufacturing, combined with experience in operational financial challenges in manufacturing environments.
Prior to joining Avcorp, Kelsey has lead operations in Goodrich Aerostructures, Ducommun Aerostructures, and Esterline.
He replaces Jim Renaud, who has left the company effective Aug. 31, 2018. The company thanked Renaud for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
