Avior joins Boeing’s 737 MAX program

Laval, Que.-based Avior Integrated Products–a privately-held aerospace manufacturer of integrated, lightweight flight structures–has announced a long-term contract with Boeing for access door assembly on the 737 MAX airplane program.

This work package blends the company’s in-house fabrication and assembly capabilities of advanced composites, metallic details and wiring harness integration.

In acknowledging exceptional employee effort on this opportunity, Avior president and chief executive officer, Stephen Kearns, said, “We are delighted to participate in this high-volume program, and are focused on providing performance excellence and creative, innovative solutions. Importantly, this project will involve contributions from our three manufacturing facilities in Quebec and local and international supply chain partners.”

Avior Integrated Products is a full-service supplier of lightweight structural assemblies for the international aerospace industry. The company’s core operations include manufacturing capabilities for composites; acrylics and metal components; and engineering capabilities in product design, manufacturing support and new product development.
