Employees were notified their roles have been eliminated from the company.

The layoffs, announced on April 23, affect at least some staff at the company’s Piney Flats facility, according to local news reports.

“As a global company, we must ensure our resources are aligned with business realities and customer demand, while continuing to make investments to remain responsive and cost competitive,” a company spokesperson said in a brief statement about the job cuts.
