¢ Aircraft Diagnostics Solutions (ADS) Plus interactive diagnostic tool features new intuitive graphic navigation for all operators
¢ New CRJ Series aircraft drawings available online

Bombardier Commercial Aircraft today announced the release of Aircraft Diagnostics Solutions (ADS) Plus for Dash 8/Q-Series 100/200/300 aircraft, building on the success of this troubleshooting eService for CRJ Series regional jets and Q400 turboprop aircraft. Additionally, to complement the Q400 aircraft drawings online subscription service, eServices will provide a full complement of engineering drawings for CRJ Series aircraft this fall.

ADS Plus is a next-generation tool designed to significantly improve operators’ first-time fix rate. ADS Plus features a user-friendly graphical interface that provides faster navigation while communicating directly with Bombardier Technical Help Desk during fault diagnosis.

This investment and service expansion reinforces Bombardier commitment to work with its operators to share knowledge and devise practical solutions aimed at improving the overall reliability and efficiency of their fleets, said Todd Young, Vice President, Customer Services and Support, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft. In the short time since introducing ADS Plus for CRJ Series and Q400 aircraft, we have been seeing an upsurge in operator utilization of this diagnostic tool and we expect this trend to continue as operators of our Dash 8/Q-Series 100/200/300 aircraft begin to reap the benefits.

Available through Bombardier Customer Services’ customer portal: iflybombardier.com, ADS Plus draws on a database of fleet-wide case histories. This diagnostic tool has the ability to minimize the learning curve for novice personnel while providing 24-hour access to a live knowledge base of solutions built from actual field events.

Additionally, Bombardier customers will experience the new CRJ Series aircraft online engineering drawings subscription service early this fall. Designed to support the growing global fleet of CRJ Series aircraft, this 24-hour subscription service allows operators to connect directly to a digital library of engineering drawings through the Internet and to search and view drawings on-demand. The drawing collection includes current mechanical (installation and assembly), electrical and avionics drawings.
