As the country’s largest and most-read aviation magazine, we know the industry is grappling with the worst labour shortage in decades. Pilots are in short supply, so theoretically that should mean they are being paid more and enjoying better schedules with more benefits.

Is that what’s really happening out there?

We decided it’s time to dive a bit deeper into pilot compensation to analyze the developing trends.

That’s why we are excited to launch our first SKIES Canadian Pilot Compensation Survey, running from Sept. 17 to Oct. 17, 2018!

All Canadian professional pilots are eligible and welcome to participate in the online survey, which takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Respondents who finish the questionnaire will be entered in a draw for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.

Share the good, the bad and the ugly about your job in the confidential SKIES Canadian Pilot Compensation Survey. Results will be analyzed by PMG Intelligence and presented in our Dec. 2018/Jan. 2019 magazine, as well as on our website and social media channels.

You have until Oct. 17, 2018 to complete the survey.

Don’t delay! Click here to get started.
