EIA tied for third place with Austin, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Halifax, N.S.; San Antonio, Texas; and Winnipeg, Man.

This is the first award that EIA has received in this category.

ASQ is the only worldwide program to survey passengers at the airport on their day of travel. This award is a testament to the hard work and team effort of EIA’s entire company to improve its passenger experience.

What is even more impressive is that EIA accomplished this with reduced revenue during an economic downturn.
