Fast Air Executive Aviation Services has announced the addition of a Beechcraft King Air 350 to its air charter fleet.
The charter fleet already includes five Super King Air 200s (all Garmin 1000 equipped), as well as two Hawker 800s, and two Gulfstream 150s. There are another 13 managed aircraft at Fast Air, which makes for a busy operation.
Upon arrival the King Air 350 has gone into the Fast Air maintenance department for the installation of a Garmin 1000 glass-cockpit and CenTex Halo 350 upgross kit.
Fast Air will also refresh the executive interior with and add some new amenities. The Fast Air shop is installing a GoGo Wi-Fi system and Raisbeck wing lockers.
“We are excited to add this aircraft to our existing King Air fleet,” said charter sales manager Shelley Gerbrandt.
“We have so much demand for aircraft from clients that it is hard to provide them when needed. The 350 will provide much needed relief. The 350 will also allow our clients to travel further with added space compared to our existing Super King Air 200s.”
From its headquarters at James A. Richardson Winnipeg International Airport (CYWG), Fast Air flies in all directions on a daily basis.
“With our long history of flying and servicing Beechcraft King Airs, this 350 is a perfect fit,” said general manager Anthony Dyck. “Our clients will enjoy the extra comforts and it will provide added lift to our client base. In addition, it is well suited to our JAUNT division, which provides exclusive travel adventures to clients.”
Fast Air is a factory-approved dealer and installer for Raisbeck, Garmin Aviation, CenTex Halo, and currently in discussions with GoGo Wi-Fi as an installation centre.
