The partnership provides a career pathway for instructors at Mitchinson to become first officers with Air Georgian, giving them an entryway into the Air Canada network.

“Mitchinson Flight Centre is excited to enter into this partnership with Air Georgian. We believe the SOAR program is keenly needed in the industry and allows pilots to pursue a clear pathway for their career,” said Dan Glass, president of Mitchinson Flight Centre.

“This is an amazing opportunity for our instructors,” added Reed Willison, chief flight instructor. “We look forward to our instructors joining SOAR and expanding their horizons.”
