As Villeneuve Airport continues to grow, it is necessary to align the road network for future expansion.
The temporary road crossing of one of Villeneuve Airport’s aircraft taxiways will be permanently closed to ground traffic on April 16, 2018. That section of cement will then be used for aircraft only.
Access to the west side of the airport will be from highway 633. All buildings at Villeneuve Airport have been assigned a number, which is shown on maps to show which airport access road to use.
A new road will be built to reconnect the west and east sides of the airport with construction completed by late September 2019.
