M International, a leading provider of aftermarket technical, MRO and supply chain management services for the aerospace and defence industry, has announced its subsidiary Airborne Engines Limited, specialists in Honeywell T53 and Rolls-Royce M250 gas turbine engine maintenance and services, has launched its new customer support feature “Ask an Expert.”

“Over the last year we’ve made significant strides towards solidifying the customer experience here at Airborne Engines,” said Rob Ruck, president of Airborne Engines, which is based in Delta, B.C.

“After enhancing our customer support department and personnel, the next step was to improve the ease and accessibility of our website. We’ve now added a new website feature–‘Ask an Expert.’ This feature offers our customers the ability to interact directly with our outstanding technical support personnel, recognized by customers worldwide as among the finest in the industry. This new platform allows for greater access to those individuals.”

“‘Ask an Expert’ is a direct interface that allows you, the customer, to ask maintenance-related questions in an open forum and receive responses from our technical specialists,” said Darcy McAlpine, director of business development. An added feature is all questions and answers will be in a searchable format within the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section.

To access the “Ask an Expert” feature, from the Airborne Engines home page, select the Support tab and then find the “Ask an Expert” text box on the right; select your platform, submit your questions and watch for an answer to your Honeywell T53, Rolls-Royce M250 or Pratt & Whitney PT6A & PT6T and fuel accessory needs.
