Choo-Son has spent the majority of his career working closely with world leading commercial and military aircraft manufacturers. He especially enjoys the interaction with the end customer/operator, whether it be corporate operators of business aircraft, regional and mainline airlines or the U.S. armed forces.

His unparalleled understanding and passion for the needs of the operator has focused his career towards improving safety standards, reducing lifecycle operating cost and maintenance downtime, and improving dispatch reliability.

Choo-Son’s 20 years of experience and background in program management, engineering, manufacturing, certification and continuing airworthiness and in-service engineering in the commercial and military aviation industries is what led him to Marsh Brothers Aviation, and the company said it couldn’t be happier.

Prior to joining Marsh Brothers Aviation, he held numerous senior leadership roles in several large landing gear, flight controls and gears and transmission companies. Most notable was his five-year tenure at Safran Landing Systems, as a senior program manager/IPT Lead where he directed the business unit operations for several business jet and military programs.

Choo-Son will be focusing on growing Marsh Brothers Aviation by expanding its product line and service offerings, providing innovative alternatives to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components for the aviation and aerospace industry.
