The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19A0012) on the March 4, 2019 loss of control during rollout of a Boeing 767-375 aircraft at Halifax/Stanfield International Airport, N.S.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
